Dealers In Drive is a B2B virtual staffing service specializing in providing top-tier independent contractors to car dealerships across the United States. We offer virtual assistance in various roles, like BDC, collectors, and virtual assistants. Our contractors bring exceptional service with neutral accents and work remotely, helping dealerships run smoothly and grow.

Application: Submit your application to get started.
Application Review: Our recruitment team reviews your application. You’ll receive an email with the next steps or information if your profile is not selected.
Initial Phone Interview: If you’re moving forward, expect a call in Spanish from our recruitment team.
Client Matching: If you pass the interview, we’ll work to match you with an open position that fits your skills and experience.
Profile On Hold (if no match): If there’s no immediate fit, we’ll keep your resume in our database and notify you by email when a suitable position becomes available.
English Interview: If a match is found, you’ll be invited to an English interview with our Operations Manager to assess your fluency and communication.
Final Selection: We review all candidates and select the best fit for the client. If you’re selected, we’ll contact you to inform you that your profile has been shared with the client.
You’re Hired!: If the client approves, you’ll receive an email with onboarding details, training start date, and your contract to sign.

• 90% English fluency (spoken and written)
• Strong customer service skills
• Quick learner and self-motivated
• CRM experience preferred
• Positive attitude and professional communication skills
What Does a Collections Specialist Do?
A Collector works with customers to resolve account balances, answer questions, and find payment solutions while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of collections, retention, customer service, or call center experience
• 90% English fluency (spoken and written)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• CRM experience preferred
• Strong organization and customer service skills
What Does a Service Advisor Do?
A Service Advisor helps customers through the service process by answering questions, discussing vehicle concerns, and coordinating communication between customers and technicians.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Basic understanding of automotive mechanics
• 90% English fluency (spoken and written)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Quick learner and self-motivated
• CRM experience preferred
• Dealership software experience is a plus
